NTUB has signed a sister-school exchange agreement with The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

The Hague University of Applied Sciences is a university of applied sciences and community higher professional education institute with campuses located in The Hague, the Dutch seat of government and the home of many international legal, security, and peace institutions. The Hague University of Applied Sciences is the best vocational university in the Netherlands, and is known for its international character.
