The Samarskaya Education and Technology Delegation from Russia graced NTUB with their presence on the 27^th of March, 2015. Amongst the delegates were the vice president as well as the director from the technology and science department, the principal of the Samarskaya school of arts and many other directors, professors and principals, with some from Moscow. The director of the OIA, Ms. Hsing-Chin, Lee, introduced NTUB and its characteristics, its programs and its recognition as one of the best business institutes in Taiwan. An exchange and cooperation agreement was signed.
