Event  Requirements

1.   Must be students that are enrolled in NTUB to apply for the event。

2.   Applicants must follow the guidelines and stay with the group at all times. If you can’t comply with the camps schedule and guidelines, then please refrain from applying

3.  Must submit a 3 page reflection (1000 words and please include pictures from the trip) within 2 weeks upon returning from the trip

Notice: Students will have to prepare a small act together during the camp

Event fees

1. Meal, accommodation, and traveling fees (accommodation + traveling fees: approx. 2650 yuan. Living costs will be adjusted accordingly from the camp

2. Students are responsible for their Flight fees, licensing fees ( passport, MTPs), and insurance fees

Application order

Students that are interested in applying, please apply before the deadline (March 4^th, 2016 Friday before 5:00pm). Please send the following forms in order to teacher高鵬凱 at the OIA office. Then email the NTUB application doc「北商大校內申請表Word doc」 to markkao@ntub.edu.tw with the Subject as (2016 The Youth of Beijing –NTUB application form- Name)。

1.  The Youth of Beijing Application form  

2.  Print copy of your student ID

3. School’s Chinese transcript 

4.  Parental/Guardian consent forms (Please still fill the form even if the applicants  older than 20 years old)

5. Other documents that will be beneficial for the applicants reviewing process

Selection Interview、

Admission date.

Selection Interview announcement:

OIA will announce the students who may participate in the selection interview through the OIA webpage on March 7^th (Mon) before 12:00pm

Selection interview date:

 The Selection Interview will take place at行政大樓6th floor Foreign Students classroom on March 8^th (Tues) 12:15pm

(※ Students from the Taoyuan campus will be interviewed through the phone)

Admission announcement：

Students who are admitted will be announced through the OIA webpage on March 9^th (Wed) before noon
