Vice Rectors Sergey Semenov and Elchin Gashimov of the Moscow City Pedagogical University-Samara Branch visited NTUB on May 30^th, 2015. Vice President Liu and Dean Chou of OIA introduced the school to them and discussed international exchanges between the two schools.
