NTUB and Frostburg State University (USA) have enjoyed a good and longstanding partnership. On October 1^st, 2016, Dean Chou and OIA staff welcomed the FSU delegation in Taipei. They had a pleasant discussion on details regarding the exchange program and the duel-degree program between the two schools.
