📍 Eligibility:
Students enrolled in 4-year undergraduate programs, 2-year programs, or 5-year junior college programs (4th year and above).

📍 Required Documents:
Application form, official academic transcript (in Chinese), foreign language proficiency certificate, and a copy of passport.
