Professor Ruay-Shiung Chang, President of National Taipei University of Business, received the prestigious US President's Lifetime Achievement Award and Albert Schweitzer Prize for Humanitarianism on March 31^st, 2016. Distinguished guests from all around Taiwan came to witness this historical moment, not only for NTUB, but also for Taiwan’s whole academic and educational community.
