ü Students who attend the NTUB exchange program for one semester are required to carry your own medical and accident insurance plans worth a minimum of TWD 1,000,000 (approx. USD$ 33,000)valid for the whole exchange period. 

ü Students who attend the NTUB exchange program for one academic year are required to take out Taiwan National Health Insurance (NHI) after the first four months. For the first four months, exchange students need to have their own medical and accident insurance plans with them.
